Washout & Forfeit Procedures

Washouts: When teams agree to a washout prior to attending the relevant Match Venue – both teams must provide their Club Data Entry Officials with the four names of the players who would have played on the night. These names must be entered online prior to the Thursday Night “Result Entry Deadline” – using the “By Phone” icon.

For incomplete matches where both teams have attended the scheduled Venue Club – the “HOME” team (Venue Club)  is responsible for Result Entry.

Forfeits: When a team receives a forfeit – the team receiving the forfeit must provide their Club Data Entry Officials with the four names of the players who would have played for the “Winning Team”. These names must be entered online prior to the Thursday Night “Result Entry Deadline” using the “By Phone” icon.

Team Fees : $24.00 per team per match to be paid to the Venue Club Organiser at the beginning of the night.

(i.e. $6.00 per player per match for Doubles Sections, $8.00 per player per match for Singles/Doubles Secions)

Drawn Finals Matches: In the case of a drawn final, “the last four players listed on the Match Result Sheet shall play a 12 point tie-break to decide the match”. i.e. this means players 2 & 3 for Doubles only sections & players 1 & 2 for Thursday Singles/Doubles sections.

***** A reminder to all players - Some of our Venue Clubs have Full Liquor Licenses and you will not be permitted to bring your own alcohol at these Venues (e.g. RSY, Grace Park, Knox City).

All players are expected to observe Venue Club requirements with regard to the consumption of alcohol onsite.
